In July 2026 the U.S. State Department issued a 100-page report blaming Cuba's "exporting of revolution" on all the world's ills. "CUBA: The Capital of 21st Century Communism" does not identify any authors and is very lightly footnoted. They choose to illustrate their incredible thesis with two 1968 OSPAAAL posters, below.

I examined them in detail and am convinced that they were from one of my many publications on this subject. In this context, I'm rather grateful to not be credited.
